SUMMARY:Berkley CruiseFest and Afterglow
DESCRIPTION:Start the 2024 Woodward Dream Cruise weekend right with the Berkley CruiseFest car parade\, a popular event for Motor City Packard members. This is a great way to show off your Packard\, and the parade format means cars won’t overheat in the typical Saturday Dream Cruise traffic.  \nCruiseFest is not organized by the Motor City Packards\, but we have historically seen healthy member participation. Details of the 2024 event are pending\, but the parade typically commences at 5:00 PM\, and we will gather afterward for dinner. This is also the kickoff to our annual Ten Days of Packard event.  \nADVANCE REGISTRATION FOR THIS EVENT IS REQUIRED. WE WILL UPDATE AS MORE INFORMATION IS RELEASED BY THE ORGANIZERS.

DESCRIPTION:Back to the Bricks brings tons of classic cars and crowds of enthusiasts to Downtown Flint\, Michigan\, the heart of one of America’s historical centers of automotive manufacturing. This is a great alternative to the Woodward Dream Cruise (held on the same day) for those who don’t want to drive in traffic or are simply looking for a more laid-back event.  \nIn 2023\, we had nearly a dozen Packards represented at Back to the Bricks. DESCRIPTION:As the driving season winds down\, gather at the Packard Proving Grounds to meet with fellow club members and see all the great improvements that are underway at this historic landmark. This is also a great excuse to get your Packard on the road and to one final event before putting it in the garage for the winter.  \nThe event is held rain or shine and features a car show\, Packard taxi rides\, a bake sale and food trucks\, and more!
